Prior to recruitment Brandon had a background in sales and technology and it’s this combination that ensures he can deliver the right candidate to the right team and working environment. With over 15 years working in both the Auckland and Wellington markets he has built a strong reputation for consistent delivery and a wide reaching network. He now leverages this to partner with a number of NZ’s most innovative organisations.

Brandon has held long term contracts with blue chip NZ clients in industries such as banking, manufacturing/supply chain and telecommunications. His passion however has always been with emerging technology and early stage businesses where the human capital element has a critical impact on delivery and strategic goals.

Although Brandon doesn’t take himself too seriously, he does pride himself on delivery of top quality solutions to NZ employers. His relaxed yet professional approach ensures his highly competitive nature is kept in check.

Outside of work Brandon enjoys exploring Woodhill forest on his dirtbike, keeping fit and travelling with his wife Amanda.

Initiating her career with Air New Zealand Emily helped market the domestic airline both locally and offshore. She then gathered a broad range of industry experience including IT, Health and Tourism in New Zealand and abroad before moving into the recruitment industry.

Having found her niche in the recruitment industry in 2002, Emily thrives on searching for and matching candidate values and personalities with company cultures and role requirements. From entry level to senior IT roles, Emily drills down to establish your career goals in order to match you with the right position. She believes recruitment is not only about the immediate lifestyle or financial benefit but also the journey the new job will take you on.

Responsible for developing talent sourcing & attraction strategies to help maintain the stellar reputation of GTS in the market, Emily is also involved in developing and owning the candidate database to ensure we’re delivering to our vision of placing unique candidates.

With a love of everything outdoors from fishing to skiing, Emily enjoys spending time with her family and making the most of all that New Zealand has to offer. With most weekends spent enjoying watching her children in their sporting activities, she also fits in catching up with friends, adventure racing and practising yoga.
